Directions

  1. Step 1

    Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
  2. Step 2

    Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 340°F, then press Start/Pause.
  3. Step 3

    Rub the insides of the ramekins with butter.
  4. Step 4

    Whisk together the cream, basil, chives, tarragon, salt and pepper,
  5. Step 5

    Divide the mixture evenly into each of the prepared ramekins then crack 2 eggs into each ramekin.
  6. Step 6

    Place the ramekins onto the preheated crisper plate.
  7. Step 7

    Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 330°F and time to 10 minutes for jammy yolks or 12 minutes for set yolks, then press Start/Pause.
  8. Step 8

    Remove the ramekins when done, then serve with toast if desired.
