1 ¼ pound flat iron steak
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup mirin
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 limes, juiced
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons honey
1 green onion, sliced, for garnish
COMBINE all ingredients except for the sliced green onion in a plastic resealable bag.
MARINATE the steak and store it in the fridge for up to 2 hours.
TAKE out the steak from the bag and let it rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.
SELECT Preheat on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust to 400°F, and press Start/Pause.
PLACE the steak into the air fryer baskets.
SELECT Steak, adjust time to 8 minutes and press Start/Pause.
REMOVE the steak, and let it rest for 8 minutes.
SLICE the steak to your desired thickness, garnish with the sliced green onion, then serve.
