1 pound ground lamb
3 garlic cloves, minced
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1½ tablespoons mint, freshly chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon hot sauce
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 scallion, minced
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons olive oil
MIX together the lamb, garlic, salt, pepper, mint, cumin, hot sauce, chili powder, scallion, parsley, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
FORM the lamb mixture into 9 balls and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
SELECT Preheat on the Cosori Air Fryer and press Start/Pause.
COAT the meatballs in olive oil and place in the preheated air fryer.
SELECT Steak, adjust time to 10 minutes, and press Start/Pause.
