1 Japanese eggplant, cut into ½-inch thick slices
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
SELECT Preheat on the Cosori Air Fryer and press Start/Pause.
CUT the peeled eggplant into ½-inch thick slices.
COMBINE the oil and seasonings in a large bowl until well combined and toss the eggplant until all pieces are well coated.
PLACE the eggplant into the preheated air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
