- 2 cups whole milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces premium quality dark chocolate bar (minimum 60% cocoa)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- A pinch salt
- Marshmallows, for serving
- ADD all the ingredients to the Cosori Pressure Cooker.
- WHISK all ingredients until they are well combined.
- SELECT Sauté, set time to 10 minutes, and press Start/Cancel.
- BRING the hot chocolate to a boil, about 10 minutes.
- REMOVE the cinnamon stick.
- SERVE in cups and top with some marshmallows.
