COOK TIME: 10 minutes
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 cups heavy cream
- 8 ounces premium quality dark chocolate bar (minimum 60% cocoa)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ADD all the ingredients to the Cosori Pressure Cooker.
- WHISK all the ingredients till they are well combined.
- SELECT Hot Pot, adjust to “More/High”, and Press On/Start.
- BRING the hot chocolate to a boil, about 10 minutes, and adjust to “Normal/Medium”.
- REMOVE the cinnamon stick.
- SERVE in cups and top with some marshmallows.
