Tropical Smoothie Bowl

YIELD: 2-3 | PREP TIME: 2M | BLEND TIME: 1-2M

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 c guava juice
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 4 c frozen mango or raspberry
  • 1 c vanilla Greek yogurt
  • optional toppings: fresh fruit, granola and chia seeds

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  If too thick add more guava juice, and if it’s too thin add more frozen fruit.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add fruit, granola, or desired toppings.
