- 1 c quinoa
- 1 ½ c organic vegetable broth
- 1 pinch salt
- Turn on pressure cooker.
- Pour in vegetable broth, salt and stir in quinoa.
- Secure lid and close. Select Multigrain using the Menu button and press Start.
- It may take 5-10 minutes to begin pressurizing.
- After desired time, immediately quick release pressure. Open lid and serve warm.
