Antioxidant Beet Punch

YIELD: 1-2 | PREP TIME: 2M | BLEND TIME: 1-2M

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c raw red beet, chopped
  • 1 c fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbs ginger, chopped
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c water
  • ½ lemon, juiced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.  If too thick add more water.
  2. Serve over ice.
