- 4 apples, seeded, cored, quartered
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Cut and core apples
- Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth or desired consitancy is reached. If too thick, add, by the teaspoon, apple juice, if too thin, add another apple.
